Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions very carefully which will apply between ResearchEden.Com and the writers:

Deadline

Every assignment will have deadlines (maximum time allowed) that are to be strictly met by the writer. Missed deadlines could be followed by fines and cancellation of assignment. If an assignment is cancelled, it would not be paid for.

Revision

Completed assignments are considered to be successfully completed if we do not receive negative feedbacks from the customer. If the customer is not satisfied with the assignment, gives any negative comments or requests a revision, the writer will be required to meet all the instructions provided by the customer. Revisions would not count towards writer’s payment until it is revised and re-uploaded.

Refusal to revise an assignment can lead to cancellation of order or refund to the customer, and hence the writer would not be paid for that assignment.

Plagiarism

Plagiarism is a serious crime and we strictly condemn it. If any of the assignments completed by any writer is found to be plagiarized or simply a cut-copy-paste work, it will be heavily penalized. We terminate our writers immediately if any instance of plagiarism is found.

If any assignment produced by a writer is found to be plagiarized, the writer will be fined 200% of the price of assignment. Moreover, plagiarized assignments would not be paid.

Payment

You will receive your payment twice a month. There will be two payment cycles.

• Writers' salaries for completed assignments are paid twice per month, on the 1st and 15th. Assignments which are successfully completed between the 6th to 20th of the previous month are paid on 1st of the current month. Assignments which are successfully completed between the 21st to 5th of the month are paid on the 15th of the current month. The following is the schedule:

• Successful completion of assignment means that the customer for whom writer completes an assignment is satisfied with it. If we do not receive any negative feedback from the customer, we would consider it as successfully completed. If the customer requests a revision, the assignment would be paid on the payment cycle in which it is revised and re-uploaded.
